I'm being experimental again, as you can probably see. I like using more detailed inking, like in the fifth panel, but it looks a lot better on paper than scanned. I might just leave things like Carrion's hair until I've scanned it, and use Manga Studio's inking tools to fill it in.
I toned this mainly in Manga Studio, which I think I can use well enough to justify switching over from Photoshop for the toning.
I've also realised, looking back over the other comics, that my character designs are a little inconsistent. I've hopefully fixed this by making myself some reference sketches to work from, showing exactly how their hair falls etc. so they should be more consistent from now on, although Carrion normally has his hair in a different style, so expect to see that later in the chapter.
On a last note, I moved the latest page to the front page of the site because it looked a bit empty otherwise, but I can't put my page comments there. I mean, my ramblings are hardly vital to the comic, but I like to be able to justify it when my comic pages are a mess, like this one, so I might remove the new page from the front page of the site again.
Edit: I've taken the comic off the front page for now, so I'll probably make some adjustments so that it's less empty at some point. Maybe a splash image or something?
